I’m Boone, a team-building specialist with over 5 years of experience helping organizations build stronger connections and more productive workplace cultures.

My journey began as a corporate trainer at my old SaaS company, where I discovered the transformative power of well-designed icebreaker activities. Since then, I’ve facilitated team-building sessions for more than 200 organizations across industries including technology, healthcare, education, and non-profit sectors.

What sets my icebreakers apart is that each activity has been field-tested and refined through direct work with real teams facing common workplace challenges. I’ve seen firsthand how the right icebreaker can shift team dynamics from awkward and disconnected to collaborative and energized.

When I’m not designing new team activities, you’ll find me probably at Fiji sipping coconut water while bird-watching.
